My traditional Reiki treatments involve a brief consultation where we work together to connect and generate a safe space for you to release, set intentions and manifest for the session. This is followed by a Reiki energy healing where we balance the chakras with the use of tactile and non-tactile energetic balancing, essential oils, crystal healing and calming music.
