HOW DOES SOUND THERAPY WORK?
Sound Therapy involves the use of numerous sacred instruments such as Bowls, Chimes and Gongs; either on the body or in your auric field which work to foster increased flow of chi or life force energy through your Chakras and Meridians - the major energy centres of the body. In my treatments I also use essential oils, solfeggio frequencies and reiki to enhance relaxation in the body to allow a deeper and more holistic treatment.

WHAT IS A SOLFEGGIO FREQUENCY?
There are 9 major Sacred Solfeggio Frequencies, which are sounds with specific tones or resonances. These sounds have been used for thousands of years and are even secretly referenced in the Bible! Each particular tone is believed to be linked to particular energy centres in and around your body. By stimulating your ears and auditory pathways with these specific frequencies we are essentially "tuning" the body, like you would a guitar. Together with Reiki and Essential Oils, we are giving those energy centres a chance to be flowing and vibrating at their best!

Reiki is a form of energy healing originating from Japan which literally means "transcending life force/spiritual energy". Therefore, Reiki is a hands on healing technique whereby practitioners work to channel divine source energy through their hands and direct it to any area of the body that may require healing.
